Thanks for stopping by my profile, my name is John Walker and I run a consultancy that provides IT expertise to the Associations industry. I am vendor-independent and engage only the best, so you can be assured that whatever issue it is your association is struggling with, I can help β from requirements gathering, to implementation, writing procedures and training users. My expertise is in system selection, CIO services, project rescue and project management. Iβm well supported by a data migration team who Iβve worked with since 2012, together, we form COTIQU. I chose this name as it stands for COst, Time and QUality - the three constraints inherent in every project. As a certified member of the Australian Institute of Project Management I believe strongly in great project management, itβs been core to all Iβve done and achieved in the IT space. My IT knowledge and hands on experience spans over 30 years, 18 years of which were spent living in Germany (where all the best engineers reside), and consulting on systems projects throughout Europe β these being in development, systems architecture, infrastructure and application project management. Prior to working in the association industry (pre-2011) I advised and led projects in various sized corporates. I bring a strong commercial lens to the solutions I implement, working within budget and to scope in selecting and implementing systems that reduce inefficiencies. If you are an association body, or we share IT and system interests in common, let us connect here.John Walkerπ© john.walker@cotiqu.com.au π² 0401 724 083
