• Successful implementation of the solution for the entire company’s consultancy staff on an aggressive timescale with no blow-out of Debtor Days and no business interruption
• Redesigned vendor suggested implementation strategy and architected a low-risk data migration strategy
• Rollout and migration was performed over a series of 22 consecutive Saturdays on a branch by branch basis, covering 65 branches across the country, migrating client and candidate data each weekend. Quality checks were.
• All data was de-duplicated and cleansed throughout the rollout. An intense nationwide training and change program ran one week ahead of the branch rollout plan.
