Awarded a $75,000 innovation project to create a hybrid mobile application tied to a REST API and MySQL, all hosted on Amazon Web Services.A utility player on the team - helping where help is needed, working for three PMs and often reporting directly to the branch chief for special projects. I am doing everything from .NET to ColdFusion 7 and even some Delphi. New stuff, maintenance stuff, documentation, setting up Jira - fairly broad stuff.On the previous contract I worked on a Flex application with ColdFusion/Oracle back end, did some major enhancements and even acted as the Oracle DBA temporarily (I commend you actual Oracle DBAs!).

Design and implement new desktop, mobile and web applications in support of entire CRS entity through the Solutions Architecture and Design group in the Global Knowledge and Information Management department.Primarily focusing on research and development of new solutions for ICT4D efforts and enterprise systems including all aspects of software design (i.e., data modeling, requirements analysis, prototyping, etc).Also provide support for existing systems as required and provide leadership and guidance for other software developers.

Use primarily with ColdFusion 8, Flex, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and SQL Server 2005 - most work using agile methodologies (XP). Work on internal and external projects including internet/intranet applications with related database design, e-commerce, and portals. Introduced Flex/AIR and used to create various applications including flash remoting, custom components and item renderers, and working with the file system. Work on automation such as spreadsheet and PDF generation, and custom content managment for non-technical users.

Implemented multiple application/database solutions for tasks being managed via spreadsheet, including employee records, parts warranty database, and creation of a tool and equipment inventory and management system. Maintained extranet/intranet ColdFusion site for management and field service representatives. Introduced unique barcode tracking for serialized parts, tools, and equipment. Supported deployment logistics group.

Implemented a dual-carousel storage system for electronic parts, including creation of barcode system for locations, programming the software and maintaining proper handling procedures. Managed interactions with the manufacturing floor in an ESD-sensitive environment.
