I have 7000+ hours of teaching yoga in private lessons, group classes, and workshops. I teach several styles of yoga in an effort to reach as many people as possible. I absolutely love teaching and living Yoga and hope to inspire others to improve their own & others' quality of life.I specialize in yoga therapy and functional fitness, and come from a diverse experience of yoga styles. I teach mainly Vinyasa, Strength, Yogalates, Yin and Hot 26. My yoga classes are focused on education and alignment, and my fusion classes are all about bringing the party to the people.I have a YA-approved 200 hour yoga teacher training program, DBA as Get Lit From Within.

I treat soft tissue dysfunction by increasing circulation to the joints and muscles. While I believe that massage for relaxation and stress relief are very important, my specialty lies in rehabilitation.
