Responsible to Design, prepare cost estimates and specifications for constructions of WASH activities, Prepared water supply design document and supervise the construction of the gravity and motorized scheme implementation at targeted woreda.Prepared terms of reference and contractual agreements with contractors.Payment certificate preparation and approval. Work in close cooperation with regional, zonal and woreda water offices in relation to WASH activities at program level. Responsible for managing budgets for construction schemes.
