My current role requires developing/amending current change management process with continuous improvements following ITIL practices. Fostering collaboration and building relationships with cross geography project/development teams is one of the activity that comes daily and there are new challenges every day. Along with my senior manager we hire, on-board Cloud ops engg and train them to be at par with current team members. One of the practices which has developed passion in me is to Identify possible improvement actions for teams' performance to achieve desired business outcomes. Routine tasks also involve Incident identification, prioritization, Escalation and closure with complete communication with the user community throughout the life of the incident. This also requires Incident reports/mitigations on-boarding at scale to reduce customer impact. I also Lead the Change Advisory Board meetings from operations and Daily Service Review meetings that requires effective communication practice within team for better collaboration. Handling escalations is one opportunity that I never let go. My team is constantly working on dynamic process which has elements changing as the technology/our product changes and motivates me to support team members with a focus on complementary talent and skills
