SUMMARY Using tailored, pragmatic, business and technical practices, I work to enhance productivity, innovation, business agility and ultimately competitive advantage. I promote the focus, fast learning cycles and innovation required to evolve valuable software quickly and with confidence. Drawing on my commercial knowledge and technical expertise, I work to align these disciplines with common language and shared motivations.I believe in leading by doing and I apply an entrepreneurial spirit to everything I do.EXPERIENCE IN A NUTSHELLI have worked across banks, telco’s, insurance companies and smaller software as a service businesses in both New Zealand and the U.K. As founder and CEO I led a startup to market and beyond, delivering a new financial product to the New Zealand market that provided fractional property ownership and an attainable first step on to the New Zealand ‘property ladder’. More Recently I have been working with a variety of New Zealand companies in a variety of roles such as agile/devops technical coach, coding architect and virtual CTO. I have also co-written and delivered training material on agile technical practices, devops and test automation on behalf of Callaghan Innovations.
