Mr. Waleed started his NQT career with an OFSTED outstanding and recently received another outstanding grade from a teaching and learning consultant. Indeed his last mentee also achieved an outstanding grade for her final teaching practice observation. However his philosophy is simple – "I am only as good as my last lesson and this has driven me towards always seeking the best outcomes for all my pupils in all my lessons".He is dedicated to his pupils and in his role of lead practitioner, he has always added creativity to the lesson with a robust marking and feedback scheme which has noted impact. He has modelled best practice and more importantly shared this with the mathematics team to drive forward the learning of our pupils. He has built his own home and have a passion for mark 1 Volkswagens and riding motor bikes. He offers a fresh outlook to teaching which is engaging, sincere but relevant to the needs of the class. He has the thirst to make each pupil known, valued and understood.
