Bulley & Andrews is one of Chicago’s oldest construction companies working nationwide. I was originally hired as an UAV consultant to help guide the company through the rapidly changing industry and to assist them with adding this expertise to their firm. However, after learning more about B&A I saw there was an opportunity for technological innovations companywide including their two subdivisions. I developed a plan to implement technology advances in construction and design throughout their company. My goal was not to provide short term fixes but long-term solutions. I prepared a plan and since my departure they are in the process of hiring a full team to continue to implement the initiatives.
