With over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across various industries including FMCG, industrial chemicals, telecommunications, and investment banking, I have a proven track record at the executive level in both public and private sector organisations. I have had the privilege of working with blue-chip companies both locally and globally, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each role.In 2011, I co-founded The HR Touch (Pty) Ltd, an end-to-end business management consulting firm. Leveraging my extensive experience and leadership skills, I have made significant contributions to the growth and success of the company from its early stages to the solid and reputable business it is today.For the past two decades, I have served and continue to serve on various Boards and Board Committees of large companies, State Owned Entities (SOE), NPCs, and municipal-owned entities in Johannesburg and KZN province. My roles have included Chair of the Board at City Power, Joburg Development Agency, Joburg Water, and Pikitup. In KZN, I have served on the Boards of KZN Growth Fund, Property Development, and KZN Film Commission. I also served a nine-year term at SANBS, chairing the Board for four years. In the private sector, I have served on the Boards of Deltamune, KLT, and T-Systems SA, where I am still a Board member. Currently, I serve on the Boards of AHRI, Tshikululu Social Investment, and the Board of Trustees of Profmed medical aid.I hold an MPhil from the University of Bath (UK) and additional qualifications including a BA in Social Work from Unizul, HDPM from WITS, and EDP from Northwestern (USA).
