I'm tasked with maintaining and tuning the database servers, keeping full and incremental backups for critical data, as well as creating and optimizing any queries run on the databases.

Among my responsibilities, I am tasked with integrating the multiple CDR sources with the client management system an billing software. I also developed and maintain the billing software and all integrations from the in house developed payment processing system and external payment processors.

In this job, my main responsibility was to ensure the maximum possible availability on the network, as well as serve as support for customers and the rest of the staff.Additionally, it was my job to handle the first response and follow ups in any event affecting the network, contacting any providers or clients involved in such event and taking any measure within my abilities and accesses to correct the fault.
