I’ve worked with individuals from Fortune 100’s to small Christian organizations who were experiencing significant stress, overload or burnout. I've tag teamed with professional healthcare providers to provide the forward focused component for recovery from burnout. I've trained professional coaches on how to assist those approaching or experiencing burnout. I also write a lot about avoiding burnout in my blog. I've spoken on the topic of avoiding or dealing with burnout for organizations.

On faculty where I train new and emerging professional Christian coaches. I have developed program course content called Coaching Skills Development which focuses on the the coaching competencies every professional coach needs to practice as outlined by the International Coach Federation.

Representing an international membership of hundreds of professional and emerging Christian coaches across multiple disciplines. Life, business, career, leadership, executive, relationship etc.I assumed leadership following the founder. After instituting an updating and significant expansion of services within the membership, I felt there was a need for new leadership to step in and take the organization even further. I then returned to being on the Advisory Board.

Directed about 360 volunteers and 40 leaders. This was a 10 year period where we left other work aside and devoted our attention to serving children, families and young adults. Board member from 1975 - 1999. We actually left our careers and moved to the area of camp in 1974, to work behind the scenes at Beacon, which we did for about 15 years prior to assuming leadership.
