I work as a confidential advisor, being there for employees who experience undesirable behaviour or suspect a violation of integrity or misconduct. Throughout the years my knowledge and experience is recognized and I can also use it in training and workshops for managers, internal confidential counselors and employees.As a management consultant, I ask the difficult questions on business ethics, integrity and compliance and provide practical tools to answer them. It is my goal to inspire and support organizations to stand out because of their trustworthiness, reliability and inspiring business ethics. As a volunteer I am a boardmember of a foundation that works for a safe church environment, Stichting Evangelisch Meldpunt (hotline and complaints committee).Throughout the years I've been working in all kinds of organisations in different roles and responsibilities. With an Insurance broker, in a church and regional church leadership, political organisations on municipal and European level as well as national NGO's.
