My research focuses on harnessing the power of bacteriophages or phages. The goal is to engineer the next generation of phages with enhanced properties for more efficient control of Fire Blight, ultimately promoting ecologically sustainable orchard health.

During my tenure as a Research Fellow, I focused on optimizing lipid production by strains of A. gossypii. I conducted various fermentations using different types of industrial residues to optimize nutrient utilization.
