Baker 1031 was founded with a clear mission: to give individual investors access to the same opportunities as institutional investors, allowing them to benefit from the numerous advantages that large institutions enjoy—without sacrificing what matters most to the individual investor.Before founding Baker 1031, Jerry held key positions at multiple institutional investment firms in the real estate private equity and hedge fund spaces. He served in various capacities, including as a member of the investment committee, portfolio manager, and trading desk director. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions.Jerry attributes much of his real estate and investment knowledge to the time he spent working alongside his father and uncle in the family business.
