I am a Master Certified Coach working with both corporate clients and individuals to help them identify and achieve their personal and business goals. In 1994, I purchased the first Renaissance Executive Forums franchise to create and facilitate CEO groups. By the time I sold the business in March of 2012, I had facilitated over 850 Forum meetings and lead more than 2,500 individual coaching sessions. In 1995, I started coaching the forum members and outside clients on their business issues. I received my coaching training through Coaches Training Institute and my certification (MCC) from the International Coach Federation. I have coached CEO’s and presidents along with many of their key personnel on issues ranging from strategic planning, management transition, sale of the business, start-up of new operations, and hiring and training of key personnel. My clients include manufacturing, service, and sales companies, and range in size from start-ups to mid-sized companies. In addition to acting as facilitator and trainer for the monthly meetings, I provided executive coaching to individual members on a one-on-one basis. In March 2012, I sold the franchise to allow 100% of my time to be spent on coaching. -
