I have been a member of the Board of Directors of Storm Industries, Inc. since 2003. I am member of the Real Estate Committee and Chairman of the Compensation CommitteeStorm manufactures and distributes worldwide, diesel engine parts under the name of IPD. They manufacture and distribute irrigation equipment and values as Storm Manufacturing Group and as Storm Properties they are active in commercial, industrial, and residential development in Southern California.

In 1994 I acquired the first Renaissance Executive Forums franchise, an organization for CEOs and business owners who meet monthly to work on common management problems and strategic planning issues. In addition to acting as facilitator and trainer for the monthly meetings, I provided executive coaching to individual members on a one-on-one basis. In March 2012, I sold the franchise to allow 100% of my time to be spent on coaching.

I was founder and President of Gfeller Development Company, a residential and commercial development company from 1977 to 1993. A staff of 24 to 40 produced annual sales of $50 million dollars.Specializing in in-fill sites, GDC constructed over 1,000 homes in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties in the medium to luxury price range. GDC attained a superior level of on-time delivery, quality, and customer responsiveness in all price ranges and types of construction. This unmatched level of performance earned the company many awards for design, customer service, and community awareness in addition to enhancing referral sales. GDC maintained its own customer service and sales organizations in order to ensure the quality and commitments made to its customers.
