as Family hold business I have spent all my life in G3 Ferrari Srl since my childhood. Covered all the job position in the Company from loading and unloading containers to General Managing, i have a global view of how things works in a Company and looking back of all the mistakes that i have done and of the decision that i should have taken. Unfortunately had to deal with the global crisis and credit crunch in late 2010 that, good or bad, allowed me to mature a very good experience in bank negotiation and labor union negotiation (there is not much to negotiate in Italy). After months of studies of different solution and business plans, had to take the hard decision and responsibility to close the Company (now following the sales of its assets as liquidator).
