As process owner oversaw the delivery of service technology to customers establishing policies, processes and procedures designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitoring technical resources and evaluating customer feedback to develop service quality improvement processes. Based on these definitions the Service Delivery Manager at Technolab AMS interacted with Team Leaders, Account Managers and Customer Care. There was on demand interaction with the internal support groups for intergroup coordination.Responsible for account relationship management within the Technolabcorp AMS / Technolab Support Center, I have collaborated on resource planning, staff coordination and service support management in order to meet the proposed business objectives.
