I am a partner at Galletti & Associati and my main areas of interest are corporate finance and asset valuation. I assist clients in extraordinary transactions of an industrial and financial nature, through the valuation of companies, trademarks and patents, as well as in the implementation of PPP and project finance projects, through the preparation of economic and financial plans. I support innovative start-ups and SMEs from the very beginning, facilitating meetings with investors and providing them with tax assistance.My experience has led me to provide corporate and tax advice (ordinary and extraordinary) to companies and groups of companies, with particular emphasis on industrial holding companies and cooperatives.I act as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in unlisted companies and entities. In addition, I combine my professional activity with a collaboration with the University of Bologna, where I am an associate professor of Corporate Finance and Business Administration and Accounting, and with which I have recently designed a workshop related to the world of startups in the fashion industry to facilitate students' entry into the entrepreneurial world.
