If a Clinical Department of Pharmacy is formed in the Centre, he is responsible for drawing up rules governing the use of the pharmaceutical resources and material resources of his department;Ensuring that the rules and procedures of the central access management mechanism are observed in his department;Drawing up a duty roster in accordance with the by-laws of the Council of Physicians, Dentists and Pharmacists as approved by the Board of Directors, and seeing to its enforcement;Ensuring an appropriate distribution of medical and dental care services in his service;Seeing that the rules governing the use of resources drawn up by him for his service are complied with and informing the Director of Professional Services or the Council of Physicians, Dentists and Pharmacists of any breach of those rules by a physician, dentist or pharmacist, if the case arises.
