Recruits selects, and trains non-physician staff with ongoing supervision over clinical and non-clinical staff in conjunction with the physicians. Identifies, recommends, and implements practice needs including, but not limited to: staffing, services, equipment, and facilities Physician/management meetings establish agenda in consultation with physicians; prepare data for meeting; contribute to decision-making. Supports the practicing physician(s) and fosters an excellent working relationship with all practice team members. Responsible for executing projects/changes as directed by the physicians/management. Liaison with various departments including, but not limited to: Finance, Clinical, Marketing, HR, Accounting, IT, Laboratory Manages practice within budgetary guidelines. Determines economic aspects of equipment, facility, and new service decisions. Responsible for facilities and premises management Investigates new equipment and facility needs. Solves problems related to physicians, patients, and practice staff. Makes sure that practice is running efficiently to keep patient satisfaction high. Responsible for keeping practice in compliance with company policy and government regulations. Oversee all the team leader’s arrangement of clinical assistants/medical assistants/nursing schedules. Helping with administrative duties and keeping track of deadlines and inspections Manages and maintains housekeeping services, manages housekeeping staff Maintaining and ordering an inventory of supplies Assists with HR-related concerns and payroll Maintaining IT services with vendor Working with various vendors, updating contracts and rates
