Fulfill maintenance requests for property-owned homes. Inventory and restock maintenance supplies on a weekly basis.Refurbish and remodel homes that are currently empty to prepare for rental or sale.Repair park roadways as needed.Fulfill company facility upgrades as directed by management staff.Assigned tasks include keeping supply inventory stocked at all times, repairing damaged water lines, repairing and remodeling homes, Painting, drywall, flooring installation, building and maintaining outside storage structures, repairing and replacing roofing, repairing and replacing home weather barriers, Wildlife trapping and relocation, roadway repairs, pool maintenance and care.

Daily vehicle inspection & inventory.Restock any items missing from truck for the day.Respond to office dispatches that include basic roadside assistance needs, emergency roadside assistance needs, towing needs, and law enforcement calls. Occasionally assist in the office answering phones, entering tow information into computer system, releasing impounded vehicles, and other tasks as assigned.

In office and telephone customer service which included repossession clients, individuals regarding their vehicles being repossessed, customers for basic roadside towing needs, and customers regarding law enforcement impounded vehicles. Keep inventory & restock any items needed for the trucks and the office.Advise owner of contracting opportunities and problems. Auto Mechanic including engine and transmission removal and installation, minor mechanical, diagnostics, auto electrical, preventative maintenance.

Inmate supervision in living units, in dining area, in recreational yard, and in segregation unit. Worked in Master Control (Facilities Main Control Room) for over a year maintaining entry logs, key sign out logs, monitor multiple camera and security devices, and all daily activity through out the facility including incident management.

Minor Auto mechanics, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Supervise tire technicians, assist sales with customer communication regarding their vehicle repair needs, fill out work orders, enter information into computer for customer records.

Manage customer job files, create and calculate job bids.Manage purchasing and inventory of all tools and supplies needed.Conduct all aspects of construction and remodel projects from start to finish. On the job tasks included concrete work, framing, siding, insulation, drywall hanging and finish, painting, and interior and exterior trim.

Supervise youth on living unit, in dining area, in educational area, during recreation activities. Member of the Emergency Response Team for the facility, which included communicating with youth to deescalate different types of situations the youth may be involved in.
