Engineering Manager turned Lead Technical Recruiter with a passion for candidate experience and promoting DE&I in the workplace. Before becoming a recruiter in 2017, I worked as a Software Engineer in the video game industry for 10+ years, and as an Engineering Manager for 5+ years.
