• Client brands: Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, EAS, Glucerna, Ensure, ZonePerfect, ANHI, and other Abbott bands • Lead and support development of visual & user experience creative for web, social, email, and app design regularly achieving or exceeding stated client goals. • Consistently manage, lead, and execute large scale digital projects on or ahead of schedule.• Collaborate with and mentor other digital designers daily.• Reduced re-work by drawing out client expectations and increased productivity by maintaining communication and collaboration with UX team, brand managers, product managers, and internal/external development teams (local & offshore). • Regularly take visual development from concept, through production, QA, & launch achieving or exceeding final product requirements.• Increased productivity across the department (~100 people) through discovery & implementation of multiple tools & processes that improved overall project visibility and communication, team education, billing, and overall production process.

• Successfully lead the visual development for McGraw-Hill’s pilot online education product• Worked side-by-side with UX Researcher & Business Analyst to assess both the internal client needs (spanning multiple departments across various educational disciplines) and the needs of a variety of end-users (teachers, administrators, and students).

• Successfully launched many retail children’s digital products on time & budget.• Consistently managed teams of internal and external creatives and vendors across all phases of client projects from concept to fulfillment including: estimating, concept design, maintaining vendor and client communications, production, etc.

• Designed and directed visual creative for video, print, interactive, & print projects including: illustrations and animations for international children’s interactive releases & web site design for Fortune 500 companies. • Managed teams of designers and developers to complete projects on-time and on-budget.
