What really drives me is finding ways to make our supply chain more efficient, cut costs, and keep everything running smoothly, especially in a fast-paced environment like fresh herbs. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to implement NetSuite ERP systems at four locations, streamlining everything from procurement to logistics, which has saved the company millions.Coming from a humble background and working my way up from a packer to director, I’ve learned the value of hard work, resilience, and growth. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which helps me manage relationships and build partnerships across different regions.What really keeps me going is the challenge of finding creative solutions to very complex problems. I’m big on data-driven decision-making, and my certifications from Harvard Business School in Economics, Financial Accounting, and Data Science allow me to back up those decisions with solid numbers and strategic thinking.
