I had the positions of Chief Systems Architect and Project Manager.The project was on migrating and consolidating the IT infrastructure on Microsoft solutions (AD, Exchange, SQL) for large geodistributed company, about 110 offices round the Russia.I proposed the design, defended it to the customer and had the team of 7 engineers to deliver the project.I used Agile PM approach, led the consequence of the works and prepared the documentation and result assessment for this project.By fact, this was pre-project assessment, AS-IS fixation and TO-BE status modelling and testing, the preparation for the productive migration.
