The Director of Communications provides strategic communications leadership to help Plymouth Housing achieve its mission. Using best practices in storytelling, branding, marketing, PR, and social media, the Director of Communications helps Plymouth reach its fundraising goals and inspire long-time supporters, donors, staff and members of the public alike. Other areas of oversight include: internal communications function (intranet, email, and other tools), helping to refine policies and procedures, leading a four-person communications team, and executive communications/speech writing. The Director of Communications is responsible for meeting both internal and external communications KPIs aligned with organization and strategic goals and objectives.

- Oversaw the 2022 End of Year Appeal email; raised $592,155.75–exceeding our $250,000.00 goal.- Developed performance reports, then analyzed the findings to develop the next campaign strategy. Based on our findings, I led the move to Classy Embed–a modal which has proven to help increase donations.
