I am actively recruiting SAP ABAP consultants for various internal position in the USA.Responsible for handling requirements/jobs from US based clients.Source resumes from US based job portals such as Dice, Monster, and C2C and reach out to consultants and inform about the job requirements.Once the consultant feels comfortable with the requirement, skills, experience, availability, salary requirements, visa status etc, I will send skill metrics the consultant where he needs to fill it and send over to me.Once the consultant is short listed for telephonic interview I will check with the consultant regarding his/her availability & schedule the interview.Once he/she is shortlisted for in-person interview I will help the consultant to go to client location to take the interviewResponsible for end-end recruitment cycle.
