The Instrument Reference Data Program (IRD) has 2 main objectives. One is to transition IRD program into a Managed Service engagement to generate cost savings for customer while continue delivering high performing services to its customers. And second is to develop a leading Instrument Reference Data Utility which can generate revenue through other subscribing clients. The clients range can be a small establishment within a specific area to large global financial institutions.

I was responsible for all recoverable (CTB) deliveries of utilizing IM Reconciliation services across the globe for Credit Suisse.• Increased recoverable work from 5MN to 11MN USD through delivery excellence and multiple marketing workshops • Invested in building CS-Wipro Academy focusing on internal talent building, end user training, pilot projects and workshops to enhance Wipro and CS competency and quick ramp up of flex resources• Help CS design demand management office to manage conflicting priorities and proactively identify ramp up or ramp down requirements• Eliminated cost slippage (recovered more than 2MN in CRs) and increased revenue by effective change control process• Improved postproduction stability and reduced RTB cost through automation, standardization and collaboratively working with production support team• Advocated and implemented new solutions such as use of DvSZ and data masking solution which helped in significant TCO reduction for Swiss based projects

Membership data is the most referenced data across NYSE. The project was initiated to migrate database from Sybase to Oracle and rewrite the front-end application from PB to J2EE.Tasks Performed:• Identified data anomalies and data integration issues.• Directed efforts to define new data standards, data access guidelines and data cleansing. • Redesigned whole database eliminating often chronic issue of poor data by introducing data consistency and integrity across all NYSE systems.Project: Member Firm Regulation (MFR) Member Firm Regulation regulates NYSE broker firms and brokers. The project involved Development, Migration, Maintenance and Production Support of 20 MFR applications.Tasks Performed:• Worked with business to define SLAs on production support issues.• Prepared estimates and comprehensive “understanding documents” for all enhancement work.• Maintained application databases, created new tables and wrote new stored procedures.• Managed onsite & offshore teams, conducted mentoring and knowledge sharing activities.• Organized project review and introspect meetings to minimize delivery defects and improve deliverables quality.• Kept project documentation updated in line with quality audit requirements (CMMI v1.2).
