During my time at HeiQ- I build the Data Department for HeiQ, introduced a centralized datawarehouse and Tableau,- I supported the team as a Data Product Manager with focus on data migrations- I supported the PM Team as PM advisor in order to migrate 10+ ERPs into a centralized one (Odoo)- I oversaw Ecommerce implementations and integrations with Shopify

I managed and lead the team of UX/UI designers and software and backenddevelopers. I gathered requirements, prioritized and organized sprints.During my time here, I built the product roadmap together with theproduct owner and finalized the full migration of the product into ascalable and cost-effective architecture reducing infrastructure cost and phasing out deprecated technologies.
