Company activities: trading of raw materials, ingredients and additives for food industry; development of powdered prepared foods for use in different sectors (ice cream production, bakery, confectionery, meat industry; sauces, preserves and beverages production).Tasks:• Optimization and maintenance of HACCP Plan and Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).• Laboratory management: equipment inventory, instruments calibration and control; handling of laboratory waste according internal safety guidelines and local authority’s recommendation in terms of disposal.• Planning and execution of chemical and microbiological analysis on each batch of prepared food mixed and packed in the internal production area: TMC, yeast and moulds, coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp.; quantitative determination of fat, protein, ash and moisture content; carrying out of ELISA test for gluten detection (> 20 ppm).• Chemical and microbiological monitoring of incoming raw materials in accordance with the internal plan of analysis.• Redaction and approval of certificates of analysis.• Elaboration and updating of product data sheets in compliance with current EU legislations on food labeling (1169/2011), GMO (1829/2003) and purity of food additives (1333/2008; 231/2012).• Regular discussion of costumer care strategies with the Managing Director and colleagues of Quality Department.• Preliminary evaluation of potential new products as requested from Sales Department colleagues in accordance with clients’ needs.• Daily contact with italian and foreign suppliers for the renewal of quality documentation of purchased products.• Technical assistance about characteristics and mode of use of supplied products• Regular contact with colleagues of Logistic Department in order to assure full traceability in compliance with ISO 22005:2008.

I taught swimming to kids (3-5 / 5-8 years) and adults in conventional swimming courses and I hold courses that promote a first approach to water for adults who have never swum before, with focus on developing first aquatic skills in a safe environment.I've also worked as a pool lifeguard (BLS - basic life support techniques)

Participation as an observer to official third-party audits carried out by Certification Authority Check-fruit NSF Italy for the release or renewal of ISO 9001 certificate to food companies.
