I am computational biologist with teaching skills and significant research expertise in the analysis of biological high-throughput experiments and multi-omics interpretation. Since 2006 I have been working on multiple collaborative projects at CNIO Bioinformatics Unit. I am currently interested in analysis and interpretation of cancer patients genomes to identify new biomarkers and mechanisms of drug response. I combine my position at CNIO with teaching responsibilities as coordinator of MSc in Bioinformatics at the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII).
