* Responsible to support the new management of the Chlor-Alkali plant that I was in charge during the manager’s transition. * In charge of consultancy in subjects like Operations Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Management, Chlor-Alkali Technologies, Environmental Management, etc.

* Responsible of all the operations of a Chlor-Alkali plant producing world class quality liquid chlorine, 32% caustic, hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite - (Membrane Technology - INEOS).* In charge of the management of a multidisciplinary team of more than 40 workers lead by a Mechanical Engineer, an Electrical Engineer, Process Control Engineer, in order to develop and follow up the maintenance programme; a Chemical Analyst in order to develop and follow up the quality management of the plant; and the production shifts team leaders, in order to control the appropriate operation of the plant under continuous improvement approach.* Responsible for the supervision of the commissioning process of the new plant with third party engineering contractors. Also, responsible for the design and development of the new plant’s procedures, standards and operations, safety, maintenance and quality management instructions during the plant management handover.

* Responsible of the operations of 3 production units, producing sulphuric acid, aluminium sulphate, poly-aluminium chloride (PAC), detergents and sodium hypochlorite. * In charge of human and material resources management to achieve the company’s production goals. Accountable for production, quality and maintenance management, industrial safety, KPI’s design and control, ISO 9001 system maintenance, production planning and supply chain management to deliver the products to the customers. * Responsible for the supervision of the execution stage of the Chlor-Alkali plant, working closely with a third-party engineering contractor; visiting technology suppliers overseas, and supporting and controlling the project progress and delivery.

* Responsible of the supervision of a sodium hypochlorite synthesis plant. In charge of the production planning, human and material resources management, direct contact with customers for logistics planning in order to deliver the products, and maintenance management and quality management as well. * In charge of procurement for meeting international safety standards for chlorine handling equipment with successful results.
