Designed and implemented a new corporate approach to managing SH&E issues by helping the organization become risk-focused and data-driven. Result - company lowered injury rate by more than 50% over five years.Revised and redeployed a corporate EHS auditing program to broaden the scope of the audits to prioritize findings based on risk and sustainability and developed new reporting tools for the audits. Successfully moved the organization to quicker completion of corrective actions from audit findings.
