- Created an organizational delivery dashboard with over thirty different measures that uses unique sets of data from over 15 sources by working with subject matter experts and managers in multiple departments.
- Constructed a Visa balance transfer dashboard to accurately measures by the firm’s marketing department campaigns.
- Create a process to rate the efficiency of call center sales staff by making Excel forms and a scoring spreadsheet that utilizes Excel macros as requested by sales managers.
- Produced an efficient and fair way to rank call center employees for scheduling based on agent metrics
- Reduced the processing time for creation of call center agent scorecards by 70%, through Excel macros and SQL queries.
