Developed and implemented numerous highly-visible and revenue-enhancing capabilities for secure extranet revenue and statistics related applications accessed by over 250,000 distinct users. Developed custom WHOIS interface for use with updated ARIN format. Led the conversion of back-end credit card processing systems to WebAuthorize, including the complete porting of APIs from Java to Perl, in order to comply with Visa and MasterCard mandates.
