This replaced the legacy C# implementation using native Cisco CTIOS managed libraries.- Provide production assistance and maintenance on an on-call basis to ensure 99.999999% uptime.

Developed for both U-Haul Internet and Intranet sites, ranging from internal tools to the external e-commerce rental system. Technologies used include ASP.NET WebForms/MVC in both C# and VB.NET. Extensive use of WebServices, including REST based services, ASMX services and WCF services. Heavy client side development in both vanilla and jQuery based JavaScript. Wrote and maintained relevant databases and procedures in SQL Server 2008.- Created services to interface between the U-Haul e-commerce platform, Sirius XM Satellite APIs and the Cisco IVR. These services were used in an external facing application to allow customers to activate a Sirius XM radio in their rental trucks via Interactive Voice Response.- Architected a proprietary CMS system for the U-Haul News ecosystem, still in use today. This CMS had features such as text editing, image uploading and editing and custom U-Haul specific features in regards to categorization, SEO as well as other industry specific details. This application was built with a combination of ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript and various third party and in house libraries for needed functionality.
