Developed a recently established Cloud Security function into a mature service covering multiple providers, several tenants, and over one hundred cloud native services - and boosted the overall security and compliance of the environment by:-Helping to establish processes to structure policy releases-Partnering with Cloud Engineering (and other teams) to implement platform and IaC guardrails-Defining metrics to measure progress-Partnering with Application owners to remediate issues and preemptively address security concernsEstablished a SaaS Security program to enhance the security capabilities and reduce risk for the numerous SaaS-based applications typically consumed across the enterprise.

Leader of a team responsible for providing a sound foundational AWS platform to safely increase delivery speed and reduce overall cost. Currently in a ‘rebuild’ phase to (re)define foundational cloud concepts and designs within an enterprise framework with a focus on audit remediation.

Lead Storage Architect for NetApp platform in the Storage Engineering group. Responsible for planning future deployments and architecture of NetApp platform, as well as escalated issue resolution. Focus on application integration specific to Exchange, Enterprise Vault, and VMWare as well as a variety of applications and storage principles.

Responsible for resolving the problems deemed unsolvable by everyone else, the politically hot cases, and re-architecting environments remotely (sometimes due to incorrectly sold solutions).Gained in-depth knowledge across every facet of the ONTAP system and its underlying hardware - generalist in nature, but expert in practical application of the job role.
