Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable with organizational and leadership skills.- Preparing all required financial and cost reports and provide cost input to all project reporting in close liaison with the project teams and company finance.- Developing the controls budget and preparing forecasts to ensure budget requirements are within project expectations and approved funding levels.- Preparation and submission of project cash flow forecasts.- Ensuring project cost control procedures and processes are implemented on the project for the accurate reporting of cost commitments, expenses and estimates at completion. - Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.- Monitoring variances from the current budget and assisting all project members with the control, formulation and interpretation of budgets, trends and estimates at completion.- Making recommendations of Contractors' valuations & handling all contractual matters/issues with Subcontractors as per project needs. Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverable.
