Marketing Trainer, Future Makers Initiative (2023 till Now) .Under the patronage of the Ministry of Education and the National Committee for UNESCO, the Future Makers Initiative aims to prepare young talents from technological universities and colleges for the job market. Social Media Strategy: Spearheaded the development and execution of our social media strategy, managing content creation in Arabic and English.Platform Management: Oversaw social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.Community & Client Relations: Handled community management, client interactions, and team recruitment.Team Development: Trained, developed, and recruited a team of 9 individuals, focusing on enhancing their skills and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Achievements:Growth: Achieved remarkable growth, reaching nearly one million individuals in sales and audience.Online Presence: Expanded online sales and social media presence with over 100,000 followers on Instagram, more than 500,000 on Facebook, and a growing TikTok following.Engagement: Successfully engaged with children in schools and participated in book fairs across Egypt.
