In December 2021, Kilani Holdings Ltd, Kilani Real Estate Ltd, and Kilani Investments Ltd. Amalgamated under Kilani Investments Ltd. which became a family owned holding company.

RIMA is a proof of concept I started working on after having my first son in 2015 and incorporated in 2019. Becoming a mother helped me identify a gap in our society where parents face many struggles and stresses to care for their children while keeping up with work/life stresses and unrealistic expectations. I realized that the strategy to create affordable childcare should be designed knowing it will be at a loss and not-for-profit, but through crowdsourcing methodology, matching algorithms, and a well-designed and integrated platform, we can implement for-profit strategies that will offset and exceed the loss caused by not-for-profit strategies.I saw an opportunity and created this initiative. Using my knowledge and passion as a software developer, project manager, visionary, entrepreneur, early childhood educator, and (most importantly) a mother, I am building a business model and strategy that addresses this problem, and builds a strong foundation for parents and our community. RIMA's vision is to empower every parent to self-love, have full freedom of choice, and prioritize themselves while providing affordable quality childcare/programs for their children. Its mission is to make tools and services available for parents to get the support and quality care they need for themselves and their children.

Leading a privately held investment company that focuses on funding and investing in innovative local startups and real estate development projects that works towards strengthening and empowering our communities. My role includes finding investment opportunities, assessing their business strategies, analyze their financials and operations, evaluate their business value and viability, pitch opportunities to the board, receive sign off to proceed, kick off investment projects, lead, monitor, deliver, and report to board of directors.

Rotating as an IT PM in the Telecommunication Network Operations Systems (TNOS) - PMO team. Leading the supervision of system migration from old to new Data Centres. Managing projects related to environment rationalization, Infrastructure readiness and network expansion.

Worked on various Quickwin applications as a developer, such as Credit Code Approval Tool, Services Calculator, etc. Also, supported high visibility tools such as main Services Request tool, and Workstyles Reservation Tool.

Primed as an IT manager for the first year, then joined the registration team.

Future Gate is a consulting & recruitment firm for international students. Key services include on-boarding, provide guidance on career/education path, and help them land in the schools and programs they are interested in.Role: Responsible for financial decisions, running company’s daily operations, and report directly to Board of Directors.

Supervise daily operations; ensure that they are efficient and effective in meeting customer’s needs. Design and improve existing operations. Insure customer satisfaction and report directly to the Board of Directors

Responsible for developing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System. Redesigning and developing the website, financial bookkeeping, and administrative work.

-Analyzing and documenting use cases from the client, breaking cases to functional and non functional requirements-Business Analysis and Re-engineering (as-is/to-be processes) from various industries starting from a strategic level to an operational level. Such areas include Balanced Scorecards, SWOT analysis, supply chain optimization, process design analysis, process idle time elimination, and redundancy elimination.- Communicate between client and development team- Present product to the customer improved process design for their business, train customer’s employees on new processes and tools to be used, and keep on monitoring and optimizing processes once implemented and operational. Tools: IDS Scheer’s ARIS Design Platform- One of the best achievements is working on The Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department Project. It is successfully implemented and operational.
