- 25 years of experience in the high-tech software industry with a proven track record of strategic and operational leadership across a range of businesses from small early-stage startups to enterprise environments, a range of markets (local, gulf and multinational), and a range of industries including education, healthcare, e-government, finance, and telecom.- Skilled in different aspects of software product management life cycle, including discovery and validation of underserved market problems, driving product requirements through rapid prototyping and customer feedback; developing and presenting business cases, implementing new products and features using agile development methodologies, managing beta programing, developing go-to-market and launch plans in partnership with marketing and sales, measuring product success through analytics and KPIs.- Strong experience in program and project management, managing mid to large sized teams and overseeing the delivery of large, cross functional, complex solutions.
