In my new role, I will make an effort to identify, attract and recruit the best talent, ensuring that we bring in the right individuals for our company's culture and goals. I will implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction and maintain a vibrant and productive work environment. I will also work with department leaders and the local HR team to develop innovative strategies and proactive recruitment plans to meet our growing needs in the Central and Eastern region of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to foster a supportive environment that enhances overall employee wellbeing.
