My journey began well before I completed my degree, driven by a passion for utilizing technical skills to enhance community resilience and operational efficiency across various sectors.In 2021, I co-founded Green Peas, a social enterprise focused on agriculture and sustainability. I lead the organization in pioneering permaculture projects that transform underutilized lands into productive, sustainable ecosystems. Our initiatives aim to improve food security and ecological balance while providing practical, eco-friendly solutions to local communities. Our mission is to reshape Lebanon's agricultural landscape amid economic challenges.Prior to Green Peas, I gained valuable experience in diverse roles. At M Social Catering, I optimized processes to maximize efficiency and inclusivity, supervising individuals with disabilities and financial hardships. My role in the Lebanese Red Cross involved serving as a mission leader, where I was responsible for training and strategic emergency response planning, ensuring community safety and effective emergency services.My experience has spanned various industries, from healthcare to manufacturing, applying lean principles and statistical quality control to enhance productivity and quality. Notable projects include optimizing supply chain management for Abul Rahman Hallab & Sons and implementing six-sigma methodologies at Al Sultan Bakery.In addition to my professional endeavors, I was actively involved at the Lebanese American University, leading the First Responder Club. I also delivered lectures on leveraging technical knowledge for entrepreneurship for college and graduate students.
