- Assisting the director throughout the day with all daily tasks and business meetings.- Managing the director’s office & diaries; organizing meetings, appointments, events & conferences, handling all travel arrangements for both employees and directors.- Handling insurance process (Company and health insurance).- Prepare files, get appointment, and fill visa application form.- Promoting and marketing the business.- Assisting in the recruitment process & managing employees’ attendance.- Coordinates with the Hotels and with the travel agencies.- Prepare full package (tickets, hotels, transfer, tours & cruises).
