- Conducted a research using HS codes to get the number of manufacturers and large suppliers of cranes found in a GCC country, as well as the sales trends of these large suppliers over the past 5 years, for the purpose of localizing cranes’ components manufacturing.- Executed a cost structure analysis for multiple opportunities (e.g. type of mobile cranes), for the purpose of running a financial feasibility study for their localization project, and estimating the NPV of the project over a 20 years’ timeframe

-Participated in the accelerator program of 180DC Australia, and executed a winning proposal.- Conducted training workshops for NDUConsulting Club members related to Profitability, Market Sizing, Market Entry, Pricing, and M&A case studies.- Supervised, and managed the execution of an effective funding proposal template for a Lebanese NGO, and presented its solution to the client

- Executed a baseline for the infrastructure of an emirate in UAE, handling recreational areas, shopping facilities, malls, accommodations, & restaurants (Focusing on tourism).- Conducted an estimation for the yearly amount of tourists who visit the relevant emirate. Also, looked into the availability and capacity of the infrastructure needed to support them, and obtained the average occupancy rate over a 5 years’ period

-Participated in the design sprint phase of the accelerator program carried by Berytech, and executed a research to determine relevant stakeholders and markets depending on elasticity- Participated in product testing (compression and flexural strength tests), by casting concrete cylinders and blocks from different mixes depending on PCM increments.- Conducted a market sizing study to determine the total market size of Concrete masonry units for the façade of residential constructions in the Middle East.

- Helped Organizing the 5th event of the student leaders training at NDU.- Initiated Alongside my NDU Consulting Club team-mates , a team of 5 students, where we pitched our branch proposal for the 180 Degrees-Consulting growth team to participate in the 180DC accelerator program, and got Accepted.
