Manager, Accounting Hr/Benefits
Current- Direct and oversee the daily accounting operations and financial policies of the organization, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, budget, treasury management, tax and year end audit activities.
- Prepare cash forecasts and manage the company's daily cash position to ensure adequate liquidity
- Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to negotiate and secure favorable terms
- Maintain the company’s overall systems of accounts, books and records for all company transactions and assets.
- Ensure accurate & timely financials are in compliance with US GAAP standards with adherence to the close calendar
- Identify any areas of concern in financials for investigation & resolution.
