As a Program Manager at Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), I lead the planning, design, implementation, and operations of Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), a state-of-the-art Oracle-based ERP solution for public sector hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan. With over 13 years of experience in project management, government projects, digitisation, and biomedical devices, I have the technical and managerial skills to deliver complex and impactful projects that improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.I am passionate about applying my computing and data science knowledge, which I am currently pursuing through a Master of Science degree, to create innovative and user-friendly solutions that integrate pathology and radiology machines, automate lab processes, and enhance data analysis and reporting. I am also adept at stakeholder management, change management, and process re-engineering, ensuring the smooth transition and adoption of HMIS by hospital staff and patients.
