* Managing accounts payable & Receivable functions while adhering to company policies and procedures . * Ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of vendor invoices , in addition , ensuring VAT Compliance . * Perform verification and reconciliation tasks for invoices / receipts / balances according to department checks and balances procedures . * Manage tasks from different departments as and when requested and maintain interdepartmental relations . * Ensuring Department KPIs along with Management Deadlines* Coordinates activities with other departments and work group as needed . * Liaison with Bank , regulatory authorities , Vendor and Clients . * Handle books of accounts involves General Journal , General Ledgers and Trial Balance including the finalization of accounts . * Monthly bank reconciliation statements of large number of transactions . * Intercompany reconciliation of large number of transactions .* Filling of Group VAT return . * General Ledger Review . * Month end Closing . * Project Reporting .
