- I started in April of 2017 at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, as a nursing specialist in the Adult Intensive Care Department. - I found the desire to take care of the woman and her child and support her in her maternity stages, so I shifted in the same year to the maternity department. - I have taken care of many antenatal, postnatal and gynaecological cases. - I observed during that time women's feelings and behaviours before, during, after pregnancy and abortion. - I achieved important goals through team leadership, delegation, empathy, initiatives, and effective communication with patients and other health care team.- I have developed skills in planning, negotiation, problem solving, team building, internal motivation and motivating others, time management, and analytical thinking.

-Internship year was at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah was from 2015-2016. - I was the leader of the batch that year, and we went through all the departments of the hospital. - That year helped develop my personality, in addition to acquiring new skills such as setting priorities, solving problems by root analysis, and finding several solutions that suit all parties. - I noticed my interest in patient's experience at that time, his interaction with his treatment and the care provided to him, and its impact on him. - I was curious about data collection and analysis to understand patient behaviors and responses.
