Private Villas:• Represent the clients in their various villas projects at different locations in UAE such as Palm Jumierah, Al Khawaneej and Ras Al Khaimah.• Develop the tinder stage of each project and handle the assignments of consultants and contractors based on quality and BOQs’ analysis.• Review contractual and payment terms with any assigned contractor to resolve any issues during the project’s period.• Analyze and study the designs and coordinate between designers and consultants to ensure that the client’s visions’ of the project is properly applied.• Conduct weekly site meetings and visits to assure the expected quality and estimates remain within agreed budget.• Review weekly progress payments and ensure the contractual cash flow match each payment.• Attend projects’ handing over from contractors and coordinate with other departments during the DLP’s to achieve all the client’s requirements. Commercial projects: (Residential apartment buildings and commercial warehouses)• Direct and oversee the projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with the specifications and building regulations.• Coordinate contractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.• Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.• Review the project on a daily basis to ensure the highest quality exists and estimates remain within budget.• Conduct weekly meetings on-site with the consultant and contractors to ensure the project’s proper work flow.

Al Habtoor City Construction-Business Bay-Dubai

The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club :• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.• Review the work progress on daily basis.• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.AL Habtoor City(Westin Hotel-W Hotel) :Worked as the architect managing the site’s work in the two high-rise hotels. Responsible for the understanding and application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts. Reviewing, checking and controlling documents and drawings to resolve design challenges and ensure the correct sequence of the work progress.Coordinate architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems. Following up the schedule of subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with the Project manager and providing necessary feedback on contractual matters.Maintaining communications with the client and the consultant for dealing with any on site design problems that arise.
